Delete your account

You can have your Fietsroutenetwerk account deleted at any time. This removes your e-mail address and every route saved under that account. This cannot be undone.

What is not deleted is the app's anonymous usage statistics, such as which routes were chosen and which locations were viewed. That data cannot be linked to you or your e-mail address.

In the app

Open the menu (☰), choose Account and then Delete account. You will receive a code by e-mail; once you enter it, the account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Already removed the app? Send an e-mail to info@routenetwerk.nl from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
