Round Drents Friese Wold and Dwingelderveld

This beautiful bicycle route takes you through the diverse nature of the Drents-Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld National Park. Along the way you will pass special villages such as Doldersum, Vledder, and Diever. You cycle through vast forests, over moors and past historic farms. Highlights are the tranquility of the landscape at Oude Willem and the atmospheric village square of Vledder. Here there are beautiful old oaks. You can start and finish at any junction, for example at junction 37 in Vledder or junction 80 near Diever. Along the way there are several opportunities to pause, such as a terrace in Diever or a bench in the middle of nature.
