Bezoekerscentrum Dwingelderveld

Het Nationaal Park Dwingelderveld is het grootste natte heidegebied van West-Europa, met uitgestrekte heidevelden, vennen, bossen en zandverstuivingen. Twee schaapskuddes en Schotse hooglanders zorgen ervoor dat de heide open blijft, terwijl je onderweg kunt genieten van rust, weidse uitzichten en een rijke natuur vol bijzondere planten en vogels. Aan de rand van het gebied, bij Spier, ligt het Bezoekerscentrum Dwingelderveld van Staatsbosbeheer. Hier leer je meer over het landschap en de dieren, kun je genieten van het uitzicht vanaf de toren en starten met prachtige fiets- of wandelroutes door dit unieke natuurgebied.
