Streekmuseum De Roode Tooren is voor iedereen gratis toegankelijk. De openingstijden van het museum zijn: dinsdag tot en met vrijdag van 10.00-12.00 uur en 13.30-16.30 uur zaterdag en zondag van 13.30-16.30 uur In de periode 1 november-1 april is het museum s morgens gesloten. Elke 1e zondag van de maand (behalve juli) is er in Doesburg Culturele Zondag, het museum is dan van 12.00-17.00 uur geopend.
