Ulvenhoutse Bos

Het Ulvenhoutse Bos is een van de oudste en meest karakteristieke bossen van Noord-Brabant. Dit bijzondere natuurgebied ligt ten zuiden van Breda, vlak bij Ulvenhout, en staat vooral bekend om zijn indrukwekkende oude beukenlanen.
Het bos heeft een parkachtig karakter met lange, rechte lanen, afgewisseld met kronkelende paden, open grasvelden en stille bospercelen. Sommige beuken zijn meer dan 200 jaar oud, wat het gebied een statige en bijna historische sfeer geeft. Naast beuken komen er ook eiken, lindes en esdoorns voor.
