Cycling in the province of Overijssel and Flevoland.
This bicycle route starts at the Buitenhaven in Genemuiden. Nearby here is the Carpet Museum (open to visitors on Tuesdays) After a short bike ride you can take the Genemuiden ferry across the Zwarte Water. See www.veerpontgenemuiden.nl/vaartijden/ for current ferry times. After this you cycle over the Oppen Swolle towards Flevoland, you are now on the other side of the Zwarte Meer. You cycle on the Zuiderringweg towards Ens. Via the Ramsgeul you leave Flevoland. Along a piece of the river IJssel you cycle back to Genemuiden.
