Enjoying the Ginkel Heath and the Hoge Veluwe

Pass sheep on the moors and see art on the Veluwe.
From Bennekom, the bike route first goes through Bennekom where you can already listen and look at the museum. Around Bennekom you will ride in the direction of Ede. This place is known for its variety of churches, mills and the open-air theater, among other things. Ede played an important role in the Battle of Arnhem. Every year in September this is commemorated by parachuting above the Ginkel Heath. You cycle through this area. In this heathland area is an airfield for model aircraft clubs. So you can see them fly. A flock of 160 sheep runs across the heath. The heath merges into the landscape of National Park De Hoge Veluwe. The famous Kroller-Muller museum is just around the corner. Along the Veluwe you continue the route past friendly villages and green fields.
