Kom binnen in onze monumentale boerderij uit 1599, die tot 1735 dienst heeft gedaan als herberg. Gelegen in de prachtige landelijke omgeving van Bunnik vlakbij Utrecht. Waar we in ons restaurant zonder poespas voor je koken met de beste ingrediënten uit de streek, en je verrassen met echte ambachten. Waar we de hele dag door vers brood bakken en je welkom bent voor ontbijt, koffie, lunch, borrel, diner of een heerlijke high tea.
De bakkerij is de rode draad van ons bedrijf. Al vanaf het begin. Aanvankelijk eigenlijk alleen omdat we zelf onze koffiekoekjes wilden bakken. Intussen maken we allerlei lekkere broden, altijd op basis van zuurdesem.
