Vuurtoren van Texel

De vuurtoren van Texel, gebouwd in 1864, biedt op 35 meter hoogte een schitterend uitzicht over de Noordzee, Waddenzee en Texel zelf. Na beschadigingen in de Tweede Wereldoorlog kreeg hij een unieke dubbele wand. Bezoekers kunnen de toren beklimmen via 118 treden en onderweg meer ontdekken over de geschiedenis. De rode vuurtoren is een bijzonder, fotogeniek punt op Texel.
