Grotelse Heide

De Gortelse Heide is een prachtig heidegebied op de Veluwe, gelegen bij het dorp Gortel. Je wandelt er over glooiende paarse heidevelden, afgewisseld met bossen en zandpaden waar je volop rust en stilte vindt. In de zomer kleurt het landschap diep paars en kun je met wat geluk edelherten of reeën spotten. Het gebied ademt de sfeer van het oude Veluwse landschap, met schaapskuddes die nog steeds over de heide trekken.
