Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum

Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum, opgericht in 1572, is een van de oudste aardewerkfabrieken van Nederland. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn hoogwaardige keramiek en traditionele productietechnieken. Makkum zelf is beroemd om zijn rijke geschiedenis in het aardewerkvak, dat al eeuwenlang wordt doorgegeven. Bezoekers kunnen de fabriek en het proces van het maken van keramiek van dichtbij ervaren.
