Paleis Soestdijk

Paleis Soestdijk is een koninklijk paleis gelegen in Baarn. Het werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd in de 17 eeuw als jachthuis en later uitgebreid tot koninklijk paleis voor koningin Juliana en prins Bernhard. Paleis Soestdijk staat bekend om de prachtige tuinen rondom het paleis. Na vertrek van prinses Juliana en prins Bernhard werd paleis Soestdijk niet langer bewoond door de koninklijke familie. Er zijn verschillende plannen geweest voor herbestemming van het paleis. Momenteel wordt gewerkt aan een herontwikkelingsplan om het paleis te transformeren tot een plek voor cultuur, natuur en ondernemerschap.
