Scheepstimmerwerf Klaas Hennepoel

De Historische Scheepstimmerwerf 'Klaas Hennepoel' ligt aan de Haarlemmertrekvaart, op de grens van Warmond en Oegstgeest, in de Klaas Hennepoelpolder. Deze werf is gericht op het behouden van oude vaartuigen, materialen en traditionele scheepsbouwtechnieken.
De werf beschikt over een werfschuur en een houtloods, die beide op traditionele wijze zijn gebouwd. Zo zijn de muren opgetrokken uit Rijnformaat stenen met kalkmortel en zijn de gebinten en kapspanten verbonden met pen-en-gat verbindingen en houten nagels. Ook zijn oude holle dakpannen en gepotdekseld gevelbeschot hergebruikt.
