Oude Sterrewacht Leiden

De Oude Sterrewacht van Leiden, gelegen in het historische hart van de stad, is de oudste nog bestaande universiteitssterrenwacht ter wereld. Gesticht in 1633, heeft deze sterrenwacht een rijke geschiedenis van astronomische ontdekkingen en onderwijs.
De sterrenwacht zelf is een architectonisch meesterwerk, met zijn klassieke koepels en het hoofdgebouw dat een tijdloze charme uitstraalt. Bezoekers kunnen de historische telescopen bewonderen die nog steeds gebruikt worden voor educatieve doeleinden.
